"The Public's Misconception" by Scott Westerman, Volume VIII number 2 February 2011 I enjoyed reading this article and believe Mr. Westerman was correct in stating that most people do not know what a policeman or policewoman faces day after day. My commendations to Mr. Westerman for writing a well written and informative article. Of course I enjoy reading the rest of The Police News also. This publication is very informative, a reader has the opportunity to laugh, think, and possibly cry over some of the crimes committed. Mr Editor, Mr. Porter, You are doing a fine job and I read every issue every month from front to back. Kudos on doing a good deed in printing a fine paper. Sincerely, John Housley
